Professor Daniela Serra Castilhos, coordinator of the “Jean Monnet European Module: The European Union as a global player for Democracy and Fundamental Rights”, was in Brazil to present a conference on “The defense and promotion of Human Rights by the European Union”. The conference took place on August 20, 2019 in Room 6101 of the University of Rio Grande.
